I think we're the only firm in Iasi doing this. In this loyalty program, you get company shares every six months. Also a percentage of each project's sales is given to the team assigned.
There are limits to these shares, regarding selling and keeping. Still, this is a sound way to motivate and involve people.
In US this is an old concept in large and mid size companies, but here and everywhere in Eastern Europe it is still a novelty. I'll come back to the subject in a few months describing the measurable effects. People working twice as hard maybe? :) Or mass burnout...
